By accessing or using the OSpace platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Platform Use

OSpace provides a marketplace for verified space listings in Nigeria. Users may list, search, and transact subject to identity verification and compliance with our community standards.

3. Verification Requirements

All space owners and agents must complete identity verification (NIN/BVN) and business registration through CAC. Listings may not go live until verification is confirmed.

4. Limitation of Liability

OSpace acts as an intermediary marketplace. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable Nigerian law.
